I'm a 35yrs preggo lady I’m looking for a man.......... , , , , , , Drummer and bass player seeking guitarist for modern rock cover band. Age 25 - 50. Pro gear. We rehearse once a week until the band is gigging. We have about twenty are so songs ready. Looking to add more to finish out the set. Playing rock from 90's to current. This band is not looking to do a lot of classic rock or country. If you are interested please make sure you are committed to learning the tunes completely before showing up to rehearsals. (Rehearsals are for rehearsing, not learning the tunes.) Once the band is gigging we would like to be playing regularly every weekend.I found a phone in a ziploc bag on Manhattan Ave. Inside the bag was a note that said "found on Big Bend". I will provide rehearsal space, recording for demos (video and audio), marketing, PA/lights as necessary. I will lead reaching out to venues but everyone should be looking and talking as possible for them. If you've gigged yourself you know this isn't about money but you can expect $100 per gig, more for private parties. We may play a gig or two for free or tips if needed to help us market initially, or always for a good cause with full-band agreement. I want to join with two singers - One might be on acoustic and the other electric or a mix of instruments. The genre would range from Americana to Country to Folk Rock to Classic Rock/Tom Petty etc. and go from soft ballads to rocking it out. Maybe even some Pearl Jam acoustic tunes. I would prefer one female and one male singer. If it works, we could look for a few gigs in smaller venues like wine bars, smaller breweries, etc. I've done this before and it can be powerful. I am in my 50's, totally flexible, always dependable, and not into drama. I look forward to hearing from you. I have been playing bass for a professional band the past five years we have played large and small venues throughout 30 plus states, the House of Blues, The Carolina Country Music Festival, The Grizzly Rose in Denver, Iowa State University, as well as up and down the East Coast etc..., I've been to Nashville to record as well as currently on a Country single that's in the top 80. My wife and I have a 7 year old and I am looking to move in a totally different direction. I am looking for a local band that plays Friday, Saturday, and/or Sundays within a 3 hour radius of Winston Salem. An occasional longer trip or weekday gig is doable. I am looking ideally to gig 2 to 5 times a month within the stated radius. Professional equipment, attitude, and playing ability I have. I am available to practice weekends and can audition anytime. Looking to play in a professional band with people who are satisfied doing 2 to 5 gigs a months. I have tons of audio to share, thanks
