Come celebrate the release of Like a Girl IPA, learn a bit about the brew, and have a tour of the brewery! March is Women's History Month! To celebrate, we are partnering with Third Space Brewing — one of the only breweries in the City of Milwaukee to have female-identifying brewers on staff. For our Barley's Angels March gathering we will meet at the Release Party at Third Space Brewing at 6:00 p.m. to support their "Like A Girl" IPA Release Party. Sam Danen, brewer and Wisconsin Pink Boots Chapter leader, is leading the Pink Boots Society collaboration brew for Third Space. Sam will come talk with us and answer questions about the beer. She has also offered to give us a short tour of the brewing space for those interested. Like A Girl is a brew crafted by the team of female brewers at Third Space Brewing. They will release the 2022 Like A Girl IPA on Friday, March 25 and donate a portion of proceeds to the Wisconsin Pink Boots Society chapter, to help support scholarships and other educational opportunities for women in brewing. There is no fee for this event. Bring yourself, bring a friend and bring some dollars to pay your own way (and tip the tenders!) in the taproom.
