Course will be held:April 23rd-24th, 9am-5pmThe objective of this course is to teach instructors and trainers how to organize and teach a course effectively using existing lesson plans and using the Four Step Instructional Model.Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to plan instruction using a variety of instructional methods, teach diverse learners, evaluate course outcomes, and address the critical issues of safety and the legal issues of training.Major topics covered in the course are the; challenges of emergency services instruction, speaking before a group, safety, the instructor's role, legal considerations, the psychology of learning, instructional delivery, practical training evolutions, instructional media, and testing and evaluation. Cost: $200
