Alex Barthe, Lt. Col. USAF (RET.) successful businessman with The UPS Stores will speak on "Internal Communications." Originally from New Orleans, Alex began his post-military career as a Franchisee for The UPS Store 15 years ago with three locations in Okaloosa County. Barthe has also purchased and renovated Courthouse Suites in downtown Crestview. A Troy University graduate with a M.S. in Human Resource Management, Barthe will speak on “Internal Communications” at the April ECPRO meeting.
