We begin guided through a sequence of yin yoga poses to open the energy centers and meridians that become more active and are effected by the seasonal shift as well as to ground us into our bodies in the space together. Understanding how imbalance can result in stress and dis-ease in the body, and using herbs can support our systems, and with our deeper understanding of aromatherapy, we will have time to pick our own infused and essential oils to make personal blends in a roller bottle for easy application at home We round up or gathering by trying out our new blends as we massage specific acupressure points to support the energy (chi) flow through the active spring meridians to maintain and acheive balance well being in our body and mind. You will be receive a printable PDF with poses and acupressure points for reference to continue you practice at home . You will be guided by holistic wellness practioners Leah, Josh, and Megan, dedicated to their experience and study, enabling them to share their personal routines curated to stay in balance as we move through the seasons. Our goal is for you to leave with an actionable routine to begin or support a self care practice. . Bring a yoga mat Parking lot available, and we always encourage car pulling!
