Come take a journey into deeper presence and connection to yourself and those around you through an evening of exploration and play. If you've been craving community and deeper connection with yourself and others then this event is for you. Come connect through the Tantric practices of breath, sound and movement, play with your senses and the energetic body while coming into deeper presence with yourself and your community. Bring your curiosity with an open mind and willingness to play, discover and explore all the ways you can connect. Doors open at 7pm EST. Event starts at 7:30 with the doors closing promptly at 7:30. Please arrive on time. Wear something comfortable as we'll be moving around and if you want something extra comfortable to sit on feel free to bring your own clean pillows and blankets. Located in downtown Bethesda location is Metro Accessible and there is off street parking available. Please arrive at your comfort level, masks are welcome but not necessary, please do not come if you have recently been exposed to someone who is sick or if you yourself are not feeling well/ having any symptoms of illness. We are all adults, please use your discretion as to keep this a safe, loving and healthy container.
