Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise and direct Floor Project and Fill in janitors
Work with VP to coordinate project work schedules
Assign projects with use of computerized work order system
Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
Strip/wax floors, carpet extraction, carpet spot removal
Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (i.e. buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner).
Computer skills a must
