Looking for a babysitter/nanny for 3 kids

I need childcare for my 3 kids, ages 1-7. I am looking for someone who is able to get the kids in bed, take them to school in the morning and watch the kids while I sleep after shifts. My kids all sleep through the night most the time. During school, it would just be the baby, but there would be times it would be all 3 like on weekends or during summer. I need someone that is available for roughly 2 nights a week and 2-3 mornings but that is flexible since I work a rotating schedule. Must be willing to have a background check done. Only looking for reliable and trustworthy people.
