Help needed!!! Please

Hi I know this is a long shot but I'm out of options. Our 2 dogs got out on Thursday and were picked up by animal control an we can't afford to get them out. I was hurt at work last month an I'm waiting on workman's comp to come through and our taxes are saying that our return is delayed. Our 3 girls are devestated they miss their pups ask over and over crying wondering when we can get our pups back. If anyone is able to help it'd be greatly appreciated. There is a daily fee and the pickup fee they want $395 today or it's another$40 tomorrow and everyday after that. They said if we don't get them within 10 days then they own our dogs which isn't fair. I have cash app. Please contact me if you can help thanks I can pay you back once my income comes
