Journey through your own spirit realms within the middle, lower, and upper worlds. In this workshop, participants will be journeying through their own spirit realms within the middle, lower, and upper worlds. The middle world is the realm with which most humans walk. In this world participants will get to explore what's behind the veil within their own world. They will be guided to seek tools and guides that are here to help them along their current life journey. In the lower world, participants will connect with a power animal. In the upper world, participants will connect with ancestor guides, and various other guides. Participants will be given all these tools to help guide them through their daily life challenges. After journeying, we will have a discussion session we're participants are encouraged to share, ask questions, and reflect upon their experiences. A journal and a pen/pencil are greatly advised. Sophia The Sun Lioness: Sophia is a Shamanic Healer and an energy flow artist. She loves to combine her Shamanism with her energy flow arts to help guide and heal others along their own personal journeys. Sophia has a deep love for understanding energy flow and the ways of spirit. She practices the Peruvian shamanic healing traditions of the Katari Kuna, along with the healing traditions of her Mediterranean Greek/Cretan ancestry. Willow of Sonic Alchemy: Sonic Alchemy is a coalescence of healing energies and frequencies created through sound, vibrations, and intention. Leela Willow and collaborators facilitate sound healing through the use of entrancing music. We create a healing space for individuals and groups to experience the raw power of sound. This is done via sound meditation events, live sound healing with yoga classes, personal and private group sessions, and outdoor meditation and yoga events. Sonic Alchemy preforms out of yoga and healing centers in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Producing a soundscape unique to each event, we combine Crystal singing bowls, drums, throat singing, flutes, shamanic vocals, and many other instrumental tools to craft the perfect sound for the present moment.
