Bass player looking for a gig

Hi, looking for a working group or *possibly* an original band to play bass for. I played bass in college for various ensembles etc. so I know how to read and play with others.. Looking for something in the realm of jazz and/or funk, fusion, etc., maybe rock, run it by me and I'll see. Not interested in playing blues or metal, nothing personal of course just not my thing. Also if you are an original band, please have something in the works rather than starting up from nothing. Unfortunately I don't have the time or patience at the moment to start a project from scratch and hope it works out. Let me know if this sounds interesting, and we can meet up and see how it goes.
