Looking for Guitarist and Drummer

I'm a "not a super young" bass player. Still look good and have presence if needed. I can play guitar and write and sing pretty good as well. I would like to find a guitarist and drummer who are really good. The guitarist and drummer would a have a good day job and have a family and a mortgage. The guitarist and drummer would be keen on writing, especially with commercial appeal and would know their way around a DAW. I'd like to put together 4 bouncy, happy rock tunes that we wrote together and decide what are next move is. I have a nice practice space if it comes to that. Have a great day.
