For this Studio Crawl, you will participate in the following classes:
BODYCOMBAT by Les Mills - Punch and kick your way to a great cardio workout in this non-contact, martial arts-inspired class. Release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ. (25 minutes)Vinyasa - Synchronize movement and breath to cultivate strength, balance and serenity in this all-level yoga class. (25 minutes)Battle - Join the Battle with this intense, military-inspired strength and conditioning workout. Take on battle ropes, medicine balls, and more with a battle buddy to achieve unbeatable results. (25 minutes)Schedule for the day:
