The Chefs & The Meatless Dish
Come cook a meatless dish with us!
We have 4 phenomenal chefs that will each teach an interactive cooking lesson every Thursday in March, except the 16th-that's a Wednesday!
March 10- Kandi B, went to school for culinary art and is going to bring us something delicious to make...Quinoa Stuffed Bell Peppers! Can be vegan with vegan cheese.
March 16- Ranjit Arab has cooked in kitchens for decades and learned from the best chef in his life, his mom! He will be making an Indian dish: Masala, Dahl & Bread. Masala Chia-spiced tea! (vegan)
March 24- Parrishon with Sol Food, one of our newest vegan chefs to hit the ICT scene. She will be making breakfast with us. Vegan French toast topped with fruit. Served with sautéed spinach with baked red skin rosemary potatoes.
March 31- Heidi Cruz with The Black Fig Bakery. Every event I have attended she she sells out fast! Red velvet cupcakes with ganache and berries. (vegan)
Participants will learn ways to make healthier plant based meals through hands-on cooking. Participants will enjoy the meal they just made or be able to take some home. There are five 90-minute classes in the plant-based cooking series.
Fee: $35 per class or $130/series for all 4.
