Libations & Liberation seeks to curate conversation that help us define freedom for ourselves today. Safe places for Diaspora to discuss the viability of freedom and how it is actualized do not consistently exist. Our goal for Libations & Liberation is to create a global platform for safely convening Black people (and allies) to discuss economic and socio-political freedom in a comfortable environment where participants can build the network and the capacity to take action. We expect to EXPOSE the audience to who we are and our plan of action for achieving freedom in this lifetime; We expect to ENGAGE in robust conversation about how we collectively define freedom; We expect for the experience to be EDUCATIONAL in ways that help connect freedom seekers on their journeys to liberation; We expect to EMPOWER the audience to act now in executing freedom with the support of the collective; We expect to EMPLOY the audience with restorative solutions that help them obtain freedom or continued evolution; and We expect to capture INNOVATIONS from convening a diverse group of Diaspora in order to push the collective forward towards freedom.
