Our benefits package starts day1, and begins with a profit share and salary. Our training program teaches you the 5 divisions of a successful office, including Executive Division, New Patient Acquisition, Quality Control, Reception, Retention. Here's where we can help each other out. I'm looking for a doctor to treat my patients and teach you how to operate a successful practice, and in trade for this it will free up a considerable amount of my time. When you free up my time i will compensate you nicely to see the patients . When you are ready you will advance to practice partner which is ownership. So what are the Next Steps?
