That’s why we are looking for talented individuals to fill the new roles in order to execute on our growth strategy as we seek to eliminate laundry from your life.About the role:We are seeking a part-time HR Generalist (8-10 hours per week) to play a key role in supporting the growth of our company. You will oversee the HR activities of our 35-employee company and ensure that we are maximizing our PEO relationship. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional seeking part-time employment.This role can be structured as primarily a remote position with office time scheduled as needed.What you'll do:> Act as the primary liaison and administrator with our PEO, ADP TotalSource, on all HR, benefit, and payroll matters.> Seek direction from our ADP HR Business Partner on the handling of sensitive HR matters and coordinate the recommended actions.> Coordinate our defined hiring process including job postings, assessments, background screenings and onboarding.> Process the bi-weekly payroll for the corporate team.> Create and maintain HR files and records.> Ensure workers compensation claims are filed timely and follow up on incident review to ensure corrective action is taken.> Receive escalations from employees that could not get an answer to a question from an ADP MyLife advisor.> Lead the employee benefits committee and annual PEO benefits renewal.Our ideal candidate:> At least 3 years previous experience as an HR Generalist in a small to mid-size company.> Experience with ADP TotalSource or another PEO highly desired.> Experience with HRIS and payroll systems- ADP Workforce Now a big plus.What we offer (part-time team members):> Paid-time off> 401(k) plan with generous employer match> Other voluntary benefits available for purchase include Accident Insurance, Hospital Indemnity Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Short-Term Disability Insurance, Term Life Insurance and a Legal Assistance Plan.
