Plumber Responsibilities: Plumber responsibilities include servicing, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of commercial and residential Plumbing fixtures, piping, and drainage issues of all varieties. Additional plumbing services offered include: • Sewer and Drain cleaning service work. • New commercial construction • Repairing and installing water treatment equipment for clients such as softeners, filters and point of use reverse osmosis systems. • Backflow testing. • Gas Fitting. • Hot water heater installation and repair. Plumbers MUST HAVE reliable transportation, be self-motivated, a team-player, and able to perform physical labor. The ideal Plumbing candidate will possess the following skills:. • Must have an Arizona Driver’s license and a clean DMV record. • Ability to pass background and drug screening. • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices • Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings, to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts • Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper • Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted • Excellent problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously • Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fitting, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial structures • Cutting, welding, and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures • Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance • Mechanical and boiler systems experience (preferred) • Ability to run DWV, water, gas Benefits: • Medical, Dental, Vision, Matching 401(k) • Sick time (accrual) • Vacation time (accrual) • Weekly pay (direct deposit) • Monday – Friday, 8 hours/day work schedule • Advancement opportunities • Certification training • Employee referral bonus opportunity • Employee recognition Education and Experience Requirements: • High school diploma or GED certificate • Legally authorized to work in the United States (required) • 1-3 years’ experience as a plumber (preferred) • Valid driver’s license • Must have own tools (required) • Must have reliable transportation (required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: To keep our employees safe we have provided face coverings and sanitizer at all job sites.
