Part Yoga, Part Animal Assisted Therapy. Take part in this unique and memorable experience! Goat Yoga at Logboat, in Columbia! We are helping local “celebrity” dancer Mike Lyman raise money for the Missouri Contemporary Ballet*. By purchasing a ticket for this goat yoga event, you'll get a good stretch, lots of laughs, goat snuggles, and support a really cool organization. Stay and hang out with us as there will also be a photo booth, a painting booth doing acrylic pours, and of course, yummy Logboat beer! Part Yoga, Part Animal Assisted Therapy. Take part in this unique and memorable experience. No yoga experience needed. You can disconnect from day to day stress and experience these sweet animals and cool atmosphere. Check off an item on your bucket list by experiencing Goat Yoga of MO at Logboat! Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration. You can bring your own mat, or rent one for $5. Proceeds go directly to the Missouri Contemporary Ballet to fund their variety of programs they offer.
