The Center for Ethics, Diversity and Workplace Culture (CEDWC) is proud to be hosting our first biennial Equality at Work conference on April 1, 2022. Equality at Work 2022: Voices of Pride will be a day-long conference focused on LGBTQIA+ issues in the workplace. We welcome all undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, staff, alumni and community partners to join us. The conference was originally conceived by three Fox undergraduate students who expressed a need for both education and community building around LGBTQIA+ issues in the business world. The day will include keynote speaker Beth Brooke Marciniak, former global vice chair at EY (Ernst and Young); three panels highlighting academic experts, business executives and Temple alumni with lived experiences; a concluding talk by Celena Morrison, executive director of the Office of LGBT Affairs of the City of Philadelphia and an opportunity for students to connect with local LGBTQIA+ friendly employers. *Attendees will have the options to attend this conference in person or virtually.
