PRIMARY FUNCTION Performs tasks associated with the manufacture and assembly of Custom Solutions/Assembly Services. Works in conjunction with production planners, buyers, estimators and warehouse associates to produce, pack and ship assemblies that meet customer specifications. Utilizes the Swagelok® product certification program. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Demonstrate passion, active listening, and empathy in all interactions to achieve the company’s quality Vision to be our customer’s favorite story and greatest competitive advantage • Build assemblies as required (following guidelines in Swagelok certification or approvals process known as PROFITS) • Complete housekeeping duties as assigned to ensure an efficient, accurate and tidy facility • Exercise lean manufacturing concepts when and wherever possible • Achieve Quality Objectives of Ship to Promise, Order Accuracy, Inventory Accuracy and GPI • Follow our processes and standard work procedures • Identify and participate in continual process improvements • Schedule production and create job instruction packets as required EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS High School diploma required. Assembly Certifications preferred. WORK EXPERIENCE Some experience in a manufacturing environment required. Warehouse distribution or related experience preferred.
