Cal Coast Orchids is a family-owned small business that draws from generations of Dutch agriculture to produce sustainably grown beautiful orchids. Currently we have two locations, one in San Luis Obispo County and since September 2021 also in Half Moon Bay. We are looking for a Manager Of Operations for our Half Moon Bay location. We have a great positive team here that has a hands-on mentality. What we are looking for in this role: -Strong communication skills (ideally in Spanish as well) -Strong skills with Word / Excel / PowerPoint -Strong skills with computers/ laptops / smartphone etc. -Someone who can run a tight and organized inventory system -Point of contact for our management team -Contact person to help us grow our online sales -Coordinate and implement numbers to have data to improve the business -Knowledge of plants would be great, but is not necessary -Strong logistically skills and organizing skills The compensation for this job will depend on your experience managing a facility, there are great opportunities to grow with us.
