Join us for our brand new food preservation class!
In this class, you will practice freezing techniques that will give you the best product. Participants will also taste different dried foods and watch a live demonstration on drying meat. Space is limited to 16 participants, one ticket per person. Must pay in advance before registration ends on April 14 at 5 pm. Cash or check is also accepted.
