DARIEN, CT — The town's Department of Public Works is investigating drainage and flooding issues in certain areas of Darien. Police said Wednesday the following areas are affected: -Seagate Road-Post Rd (near Seagate Rd & Salt Box La)-Salt Box La-Salt Box La East-Coach Lamp La-Thomasina La-West Ave (near Bailey Ave)-Bailey Ave Police noted residents may see consulting engineering personnel with orange vests in these areas on March 24, pending favorable weather. "No one will need to enter your home," police said on the department's website. "No action is necessary by public. Beware of scammers."
