30-40 hours per week Have customer service skills to respond to calls and online submissions for maintenance. Get vacant units ready for rent. Must speak spanish and english. Be able to write up invoices and communicate with management via phone and email. Must have good criminal and driving record. Will operate company work truck/van to visit properties for basic repairs and maintenance. Must be located near Homestead, FL. We have a licensed plumber, electrician, A/C company, window/door company, gate company, etc that we use. Basic maintenance skills only required. Example of typical work, compound and paint, hang blinds, patch hole in the wall, vacuum ac drain pipe clean. Starting pay $12/hr for probationary period. Increase upward to $15/hour after training is complete.
