HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Enjoy a free fun run and walk Thursday starting at 5 p.m. to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Meet at Charm City Run Columbia on the patio and be prepared to run or walk the Lake Elkhorn loop. The event is scheduled to last from 5 to 7 p.m. Organizers hope everyone will wear festive green. Charm City Run Columbia is located at 7090 Deepage Drive. Charm City Run Howard County opened in the spring of 2010 in Clarksville and moved to Columbia in September 2015. Charm City Run is a running and walking specialty company with six retail locations in Maryland.
