Here are the top three stories today in New Orleans: After a long battle, $75 million dollars has been awarded to residents of Gordon Plaza whose homes were built on a toxic landfill. The court judgment goes to the 5,000 residents of the apartment complex against the city and others. (U.S. News & World Report) NOPD is investigating an armed robbery that took place on Sunday where a woman was robbed by the man who helped after her vehicle broke down on I-510 North. The victim's car stalled and after the suspect fixed the car he proceeded to rob her at gunpoint.
