We are currently seeking to immediately hire Skilled Underground Laborers for Charlotte and Surrounding Areas. No experience? No problem! If you are driven, skilled at working with your hands, and eager to begin a rewarding career with a rapidly growing company. We are willing and ready to train you! Hard working and motivated individual’s will be able to move up to crew leaders! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to Assist in the loading/unloading of equipment and supplies needed for daily work assignments, setting-up of worksite traffic and safety controls and properly securing work area. Fully restore worksite at completion of daily work, refill trenches and holes, tamp soil, replant any plants or shrubs that were disturbed during our construction, place temporary asphalt on streets where excavations have been performed. When required and if appropriately licensed and authorized, drive or operate construction equipment used on the jobsite to complete daily work assignments. Clean, maintain, stock, and secure assigned vehicle and equipment. Uphold quality workmanship surpassing industry standards.
