Coatings2go is looking to hire a Team Lead in training and team members in training. Job includes start to finish concrete coatings install on driveways, garages, porches patios and other concrete areas. Team Lead Requirements: -Must have a valid drivers license -Be able to talk with clients during install and collect final payment -Manage and direct one to two team members daily -Run small hand grinders and large grinder to prep floor (Paid Training) -Drive company truck with trailer to and from job sites -Other daily duties also required -Show up on time daily ready to work Team Member Requirements: -Transportation to and from office -Ability to take directions from Team Lead -Run small hand grinders and large grinder to prep floor (Paid Training) -Show up on time daily ready to work All positions have ability to grow, move up and make more money Typically team members become team leads
