Responsibilities
Inspect the Properties for cleanliness
Use our operations software to review the properties to ensure the cleaning team cleaned properly and to inspect for any damaged or missing items
Create any necessary work orders for our Dispatch Team to follow up
Add items to the home that are missing and/or worn including kitchen inventory, linens, game room supplies, etc.
Ensure the home is in proper order
Report any maintenance issues and broken/missing items to the Dispatch Team
Review kitchen inventory and linen inventory to ensure proper counts
Assist with special requests that guests might have during their stay
Look for ways to improve our processes to ensure A2Z Cleaning l stays at the forefront of our industry
Qualifications
Must have own transportation
Must have Cell Phone with Gps
Must be physically able to up and downstairs
Some lifting along with working in a hot climate
1 or more years of related experience
Workdays include weekends and holidays
Compensation
$13 - $16 hourly
full time or Partime hrs available
Weekends are mandatory
Plus Gas allowance
