BEWARE SCAM: Orange Cat

Beware this is a scam for this/these orange cat pet ads. They ask for a deposit and can’t keep the same story. It’s pretty easy to spot scammers as they usually ask for a deposit or some sort of confirmation/ask for deliveries or something involving exchanging information or money before meeting in person. They usually aren’t even locals but sometimes they are and delivery checks to people, pet scams are just another Craigslist style scam to watch out for as well as any other thing on here, nobody asks for a deposit unless they’re a scammer. Person has up at least two ads right now. Both ads mention that the cat is two years old, I replied to the one without a picture and they sent me photos of a kitten which is totally different than the two year old cat described. Let me remind that you that anyone asking for a deposit or money or wants to confirm your identities before meeting in person is a scammer and you should really be careful. They’re prevalent on CL in every town of course.
