WEST CHESTER, PA Arrests: Ryan S. Martyr, 18, Philadelphia, is charged with retail theft after police responded to a business at 2:55 a.m. Feb. 27 in the 200 block of South High Street. Jazmin L. Richardson, 26, of Philadelphia, was in a crash with injuries on Feb. 20 in the 900 block of West Minor Street. Following an investigation, Richardson was charged with aggravated assault while driving drunk, recklessly endangering another person and related traffic offenses. She remains free after an arraignment before District Judge Marc J. Lieberman. David Velazquez, 39, of West Chester, was arrested on charges of drunken driving after being stopped Feb. 28 in the 400 block of West Washington Street. Colby Reeder, 27, Coatesville, was arrested on a charge of drunken driving on March 6 after police observed his vehicle driving the wrong way in the first block of South Darlington Street. Salem Alwalidi Omar, 28, of West Chester was arrested on aggravated assault, terrorist threats, and weapon offenses in connection with a report of shots being fired in the first block of East Market Street. Vehicle theft West Chester Police are searching for an unidentified male who stole a white Toyota Hearlander with the license plate HMFO981 on March 7 between 9 and 11 p.m. while the vehicle was parked on the 200 block of Shropshire Road. Most Wanted Police are searching for Daman Alexander, 51, on charges of robbery, theft and conspiracy. He is described as 6 feet tall, weighing 190 pounds.
