U.S. Marshals Seek Woman Wanted For Drug Sales Since 2017

CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public's help in finding a Dominican national who has not been seen for nearly 5 years. Josephina Eredia Estrella-Pena is either 67 or 68, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and weighs around 118 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White said she had no known scars, marks, or tattoos, but previously used at least half a dozen aliases, including "Eredia Estrella," "Eredia Pena," "Josephina Rubiera," "Josaphina Roldbera," "Eredia Poraza," and "Heredis Porrata." White said, "Estrella-Pena is being sought on an arrest warrant for failure to surrender-escape. Estrella-Pena was originally charged by the DEA for synthetic drug sales. She has been a fugitive since 2017 and is last believed to be in New York City." The warrant for her arrest was issued out of U.S. District Court in Concord in August 2017. Anyone who sees Estrella-Pena or knows where she lives should not try to apprehend her themselves. Contact police or the task force at 603-225-1632.
