I wanted to share these job opportunities that would be great for high school, college kids, or anyone looking to make some extra money. 💍The Monte Bello Estate wedding venue located in Lemont is HIRING ALL POSITIONS: STAFF MANAGERS, SERVERS, BARTENDERS, BARBACKS, AND EVENT PREP/SET-UP for our 2022 season, looking to hire immediately for weekend evenings. Monte Bello’s event season is from late-April through late-November. 🔅STAFF MANAGER pay is $25.00 per hour, needs to be available weekends - every Friday and Saturday, 3:00 PM-1:00 AM shift depending on event schedule, and Sundays vary, but typically 1:00-11:00 PM. Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: providing excellent customer service; managing all staff departments (service staff, bar staff, porter staff); follow BEO and organize event set-up and execution; oversee entirety of event, as well as layout reset and closing duties; maintain a clean and organized work environment. 🔅SERVER pay is $17.50 per hour, needs to be available weekends - every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, shift times depending on event schedule, but typically late-afternoon into the evening (for example: Fri./Sat. 3:00 PM-10:00 PM / 6:00-1:00 AM; Sundays vary, but typically 1:00-8:00 PM / 4:00-11:00 PM). Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: providing excellent customer service; setting up and breaking down event needs like place settings, tables, chairs, food and beverage displays; serving a 3-course meal; adjusting table layout; maintain a clean and organized work environment. 🔆BARTENDER AND BARBACK pay is $17.50 per hour, needs to be available weekends - every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, shift times depending on event schedule, but typically late-afternoon into the evening (for example: Fri./Sat. 3:00 PM-1:00 AM; Sundays vary, but typically 1:00 PM- 11:00 PM). Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: providing excellent customer service; setting up and breaking down a neat and organized bar space both outdoor and indoor; quick-service bartending for up to 275 guests with a limited, pre-set bar package; barbacks are responsible for tracking and reporting inventory; maintain a clean and organized work environment. 🔆EVENT PREP/SET-UP pay is $17.50 per hour, needs to be available weekends - every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, shift times depending on event schedule, but late morning-early evening. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: ceremony chair set up; set up and tidy patio furniture; adjusting table and chair needs in reception space; placing linen; set up event upgrades as needed; general groundskeeping: watering flowers; clear all pathways of general debris, webs, garbage; *Must be organized and self-starter and be able to lift 50 pounds (moving liquor boxes and furniture around).
