Jobs with the City start at $15/hour with competitive benefits and seasonal parks and recreation jobs do not require city residency
Today, the City of St. Louis' Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department announced that it will hold a series of job fairs across the city through March and into April and May as the region heads into spring and summer. The Parks and Recreation Job Fair series will connect job seekers to open positions, including lifeguards, full-time and seasonal utility workers, recreation assistants, and tree trimmers.
"The Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department is always working to help St. Louisans enjoy our city's recreation centers, pools, and world-class parks," said Parks Commissioner Kim Haegele. "As we head into the warmer months, we're looking to build our team to make this summer the best it can be."
The series launches this Saturday, March 19, at the Wohl Recreation Center. A full schedule of opportunities is listed below:
