Mother's Helper needed two days a week for a busy Mama with five kiddos at home. Both parents will be home; Mom runs her business from home, and Dad works from home. We are a homeschooling family, and our kiddos all have special needs and a history of trauma. The primary responsibilities will be to be an extra set of hands and eyes during the day and for Mom to take kids to appointments. Two of our kids are Autistic, and experience navigating autism and meltdowns are a huge plus. We also have a rescue-year-old puppy full of energy and two cats, so you must be a pet lover. The pay rate will be $10 an hour while parents are home and when and if ever alone with the kids, the pay will increase depending on experience level. Days of the week are flexible; we prefer a set schedule for appointment making. Join us for lots of fun, zoo trips, hikes, pool days, and adventures.
