BEDFORD HEIGHTS, OH — The FBI needs help identifying a man who robbed a Chase Bank in Bedford Heights on Tuesday. The man walked into the bank and told a teller he wanted to make a withdrawal. He then threatened the teller and pulled out a note demanding money and passed it across the counter, the FBI said. The teller handed the man cash and the man walked out of the bank and was last seen walking right out of the Chase Bank at 5435 Northfield Road. The FBI did not disclose how much money was stolen during this robbery. The suspect was between 5 feet 8 inches tall and 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighed between 190 and 200 pounds. During the robbery, he wore a navy sweatshirt jacket, with black zippers and NIKE on the left arm in black print; black pants with white stripes; a brownish ski mask with a hood over his head; a backpack with snake skin-style straps; and he may have had a tattoo on the front of his neck or upper chest. Anyone with information on the man's identity or the robbery should contact the FBI via the bureau's tip line at 1-877-FBI-OHIO. Tipsters can remain anonymous, the FBI said.
