Part-time Inventor's Assistant needed - "Everything" specialist We are a thriving (since 2004) home-based business run by a married pair of MBAs.  We invent, produce, sell, and ship health devices globally out of our Northbrook home through our web site.  We've just been featured in an HBO documentary, so demand is up.  At the same time, our talented operations manager is moving on to get a second degree.  We need to replace her with one or two people, because she knew every aspect of our business and kept things humming.  This job can be as big as your talents.  As you learn more aspects of the operations manager job, you could increase your hours or train your replacement for your prior duties.  And most importantly we the founders can start working less than 70 hours per week again.  Priceless.  Tasks can include everything from order entry to device fabrication to shipping so you can't be clumsy with computers or with hand tools. If you can follow a recipe without making a huge mess we can use you. If you could write an online cookbook, we can probably use that skill, too.  We offer flexible hours for a reliable person. We'll use your available time for what you're best at doing and pay you what you're worth. Some work can even be taken home if you prefer.   Very relaxed and fun environment.  We're taking COVID-19 very seriously, but the TV is always on, or you can zone out listening to your podcasts if the work's getting done.  Stairs and dog on premises.
