Handyman or someone Handy

Hi, My handyman has left the state to pursue another career. He was not a professional handyman, but he was an amateur who could fix things. Charged me a reasonable amount and was always honest with me. Although, since he wasn't a professional. He took bit longer to get things done. So, I am looking for either a handyman or a someone who is an amateur, but has good skills to get home improvement and can do odd jobs like assemble furniture. I have the following projects I would like to get done. 1. Assemble a pull-up bar/squat rack. 2. change the light on a Ceiling Fan. 3. Change a toilet seat. 4. Change the light on counter top microwave. 5. Have saw and cut some large weeds before they grow. 6. install portable AC and/or window AC units. I will probably other projects in the future. Typically, I come up with a list of items to get done to make it worthwhile. Anyway, send me your qualifications and contact information and we can go from there. I have one telework day during the weekday and I am available most weekend, but prefer to get these things done during the week on my telework day. Thanks.
