Hi everyone how are you? I have some updates on policies starting May 1st. Booking needs to be minimal 24 hour notice. There is a 25% deposit to book a massage. As well as a medical intake form to be filled out before massage is confirmed. We accept for the deposit 25% upfront: debit/credit cards, chase quickpay (zelle) -([email protected]), Apple Pay or PayPal We accept rest of payment day of: cash, debit/credit cards, chase quickpay (zelle) -([email protected]), Apple Pay or PayPal I will be charging traveling fees from here on out until gas prices goes down. Setup timing/start time: I will show up 5-20 minutes early to setup. • If I am late you will get full time still. • If we start late because you are not ready for your massage that is ok but your time will be cut. Cancellations policy: 24 hour notice • If I cancel for a serious reason I will reschedule with you ASAP. I will also give you a discount off your massage for me canceling. • If you cancel once you will be charged 25%, If you cancel a second time you will pay 50% of the massage.
