United Moving Solutions is a Local and Long Distance Moving company, based in Las Vegas, NV. We are looking to hire Dispatcher Assistance for our Dispatch Department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following ( other duties may be assigned) : *Determines the number of vehicles and crew based on information from sales associates and orders. Assigns vehicle operations. *Prepares schedules indicating times of arrival and departure of vehicles. *Answers inquiries on types of services offered, rates, schedules, and areas services. *Investigates customer’s complaints involving such matters as damaged items, overcharges, or delays in shipment, and makes necessary adjustments. *Directs salvage of damaged or used material. *Participates in planning Local and Long Distance crew and safety meetings and activities. *Participates in inventory control of company equipment. *Manage multiple trucks in route.
