You will need the following skills though: SKILLS General carpentry skills Preferred select skills in SOME of the following areas: Exterior remodeling - decks, siding, windows, etc. Framing Fire and water damage rebuilds Interior remodeling - kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, drywall, painting, tile, etc. REQUIREMENTS At least 18 years of age, due to equipment operations. Applicant should have a valid Alaskan driver's license, tools, and smartphone. Pay depends on experience, but we also offer, holiday pay, vacation pay, and bonuses. You will also either be reimbursed for the miles you drive for work, or have a company vehicle assigned to you! Roy Briley Property Services is a full-service General Contractor.
