Fiber splicing, at this position, includes some ground level and some aerial work that is easy enough to learn and our company is happy to help you along the way. We have people that are new to the field and we teach them the best way to complete the job up to our expectations. We provide a system to lease out all of the necessary tools for the job and ensure that training time is compensated.
