Northeast Spray Insulation, a part of the Installed Building Products family of companies, is looking for hardworking, motivated, dependable, self-starters to fill a full time, permanent Insulation Installer position with our company. Experience in the insulation and/or construction industry is helpful but not necessary. We offer on-site training for applicants with little to no insulation experience. Northeast Spray Insulation specializes in all areas of insulation including Spray foam, Cellulose, Fiberglass and Rockwool for both residential and commercial projects. Pay is hourly to start for inexperienced installers with a potential move to piece rate following a 90 day training period. Northeast Spray Insulation offers a great benefits package which includes (not limited to) • Medical Insurance (with a portion paid by IBP) • Dental & Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays • 401k with company match Job Responsibilities: •Review daily work orders and ensure all material, supplies and tools are loaded for the day and job. •Complete daily vehicle and job site inspections •Track and log all material and supplies used •Perform warehouse related duties as required Requirements and Qualifications: •Valid driver’s license clean from major infractions in the last three years •Able to work in tight and/or high areas •Able to lift at least 50lbs •Able to work indoors and out in a variety of temperatures •Must be able to wear full-face or half mask during work shift. ***Position requires Pre-employment physical and Motor Vehicle Report to be completed and passed prior to offer of employment.
