Hi! My name is Eric Hudson, chef and owner of Hudson's Private Chef Services. Where we bring the restaurant to YOU! Essentially how it works is simple, you want to have a big family reunion, but don't want to have to cook all the food, serve it, and clean everything up! That's where we come in. I go over your menu options and pricing with you, once everything is agreed upon we set a date. Once a deposit is made the day is locked in. I arrive several hours ahead of when you would like to eat to meet you and your guests, bring all of my tools, equipment and groceries in. Get set up and organized in your kitchen. Then we take care of the rest! We prep, cook, serve up your meal and then whisk the plates away, leaving your kitchen sparkling and spotless when we're done. You have been able to enjoy yourself for once and actually have conversations and enjoy a great meal and company without the stress and hassle of it all.
