Remoding a house-general handy persona

Remolding a house. Need someone with basic construction skills, painting, sanding drywall, caulking etc and helping me as an assistant. I am not a contractor. I pay $15 an hour and generally buy lunch for the people who work for me. I am finishing the inside now and will then paint the decks and replace decking as necessary, then I will landscape the outside with much etc. Need someone reliable - not available one day and gone the next.
