Found kitten downtown. Black and white long hair with red collar with bell. Saw kitten on ring camera around 3am. Just saw again and it let me pick it up. Very affectionate. Small long hair tuxedo kitten with fluffy tail and red collar. I had to take it to pound and just now dropped it off in heated overnight drop off.
