This is Louie. He’s an amazing dog. He’s 1 years old. He’s potty trained and neutered and up to date on his shots. I recently adopted him but he has social anxiety. I live in an apartment and I cannot keep him because he whines really loud and it’s a nuisance to my neighbors. I got him as an emotional support animal and he is just that. This is a hard decision for me but Louie needs someone who is either retired or at home a lot. Please text me if you’re interested. I will have questions for you. Thanks.
