We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated in-house/field Espresso Machine Service Technician to join our growing company. Learn to repair, service and maintain coffee machines & grinders, espresso equipment and even water treatment systems. Come learn and explore residential and commercial Italian espresso machines! Dive into commercial coffee brewers and grinders. In addition, daily duties include customer service, answering phones, generating invoices, other repairs, general tasks and processing. Must have excellent customer service skills, computer/smartphone/tablet literate. Technician or service experience is required. Basic electrical and plumbing skills will be required on the job. Must have a valid driver's license. Experience is a plus, love of coffee a must!
