The job will be primarily assisting our management and compliance team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include: - Reviewing and filing manifest paperwork for outgoing sales and incoming purchases. - Assisting compliance team with inventory audits. - Keeping track of accounts payable and accounts receivable - Keeping track of expenses and forwarding it on to accountant - Keeping track of paperwork and filing paperwork as well as scanning and keeping digital backups. - Using QuickBooks to invoice - Assisting with overseeing the administration and accuracy of all required reports, documentation, and equipment JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Ability to critically think and problem solve without direction - Exceptionally detail oriented - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities - Capable of handling confidential information discreetly and professionally - Demonstrated capability of intermediate Microsoft Excel skills - Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint - Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in business or compliance management (or related field) - Must hold a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred) - MUST BE 21 to work in this state licensed facility This is a 40-hour per week, salaried position.
